This is a restaurant where you can have great brunch at an affordable price!! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs were also so good. Maybe I will visit this restaurant very often :)

Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. One of the last two houses turned eaterie on the flats. Excellent home cooking. We had eggs Benny California served with avocado slices. Really tasty.

Jan 4/25 Everytime I come here, I'm so glad I did. Another excellent breakfast, coffee and chat with staff. And the portions—I'm so full!Dec23/23 Three times in 1 week! Had a bacon cheeseburger this time around, with fries (love their fries), oh my goodness...this burger!...so so good!Dec21/23 Had eggs, toast, bacon and hash browns—cooked to perfection.Dec16/23 The food was excellent, the staff amazing and a fun time was had chatting with the other customers. Had Turkey club & fries.

Best brunch cafe in the Abbotsford-Mission area!The delicious food prepared with the owner’s dedication and the friendly service from the staff are truly outstanding!The atmosphere inside is great, and being right next to the railway adds a unique charm!I've visited several times and tried different menu items each time, and they were all so good that I can't recommend just one.It's simply the best!
